Chloe is a baker and writer from North Carolina, now based in New York.
A graduate of New York University, she studied business, art, and food. She trained in classical pâtisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Her work draws on this foundation, pairing traditional French technique with a contemporary sensibility.
She began her career in public relations and marketing across culinary and fine arts, and now specializes in event production and culinary and art activations.
Chloe is available for private events, custom orders, and select collaborations.
